With over three decades of experience, she teaches mindfulness and specializes in pain relief on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Combining ancient wisdom and modern healing techniques, she brings a unique perspective to her practice. Coming from a lineage of Sufi healers from Central Asia, she also holds the expertise of a health scientist, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention in human populations

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
The seminar will last two months and will consist of 12 lessons, each lasting 3 hours. In each lesson, we will work with and observe all students, perform treatments, and receive treatments.
Because before enrolling in the seminar, we need to get to know each other first. Not every teacher is the right fit for every student. There needs to be a 'chemistry' for the knowledge to flow effortlessly.
Yes. There will be a beginners' group. I enjoy working with people who come with an open mind, without being influenced by various knowledge and thoughts. Many times, this is the best material to shape.
